We offer an in-house design service or we have links with a variety of design professionals. Also we consider your own designs and advise specifications that suits to your land.

Many of our individual designs are highly competitive with the larger project builders. Being a smaller home builder, we offer a greater personalized service and flexibility. You deal directly with our specialized architect and project team who will closely monitor all your projects from start to end. Our work is mostly generated by referrals from past clients which means we don’t have to factor into your price overheads such as sales commissions and display home expenses. All indirect cost can be cut down and put back to your own project.
